Dharwad, Aug. 28: Raksha Bandhan was celebrated at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Sattur.
- Students presented speeches, songs and a beautiful skit.
- Children tied Rakhis and prayed for the well-being and happiness of their brothers.
- Rakhis were tied to all male staff members as a symbol of love and respect.
- Rakhis were sent to children of parents serving in the Army and Police departments.
- As part of the celebrations, children visited a school for differently-abled children, interacted with the children, tied Rakhis and distributed sweets.
ಧಾರವಾಡ, ಆ. 28: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಸತ್ತೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರಕ್ಷಾಬಂಧನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾಷಣ, ಹಾಡುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಕಿರುನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
- ಮಕ್ಕಳು ರಾಖಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಹೋದರರ ಯೋಗಕ್ಷೇಮ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂತೋಷಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸಿದರು.
- ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗೌರವದ ಸಂಕೇತವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪುರುಷ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೂ ರಾಖಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಲಾಯಿತು.
- ಸೇನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪೋಷಕರ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ರಾಖಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- ಆಚರಣೆಯ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ, ಮಕ್ಕಳು ವಿಕಲಚೇತನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಹನ ನಡೆಸಿ ರಾಖಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಸಿಹಿತಿಂಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಿದರು.
