Dharwad, Mar. 18: Yugadi festival was celebrated at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Sattur. Sri Dundappa Badalakkanavar was the Chief Guest. Students presented a song and dance reflecting the joy of the new year. Students spoke and highlighted the importance of Yugadi and the ideals of Hedgewar Ji. Speaking, the Chief Guest explained that according to the Hindu calendar, Yugadi marks a new beginning, symbolising hope, renewal and positivity. He emphasised how nature transforms during this time. He taught us the importance of adapting and growing in life. As part of the tradition, Neem and Jaggery was distributed to everyone.
ಧಾರವಾಡ, ಮಾ. 18: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಸತ್ತೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯುಗಾದಿ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀ ದುಂಡಪ್ಪ ಬಡಲಕ್ಕನವರ್ ಅವರು ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷದ ಸಂತೋಷವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುವ ಹಾಡು ಮತ್ತು ನೃತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಯುಗಾದಿಯ ಮಹತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಡ್ಗೆವಾರ್ ಜಿ ಅವರ ಆದರ್ಶಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿದರು. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಹಿಂದೂ ಕ್ಯಾಲೆಂಡರ್ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಯುಗಾದಿ ಹೊಸ ಆರಂಭವನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸುತ್ತದೆ, ಇದು ಭರವಸೆ, ನವೀಕರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಕೇತಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ಹೇಗೆ ರೂಪಾಂತರಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಅವರು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಳೆಯುವ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ನಮಗೆ ಕಲಿಸಿದರು. ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ, ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಬೇವು-ಬೆಲ್ಲ (ಬೇವು ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಲ್ಲ) ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
