The program began with students performing a yoga dance that demonstrated balance, flexibility and concentration. Sri Santosh Poojary, the Chief Guest, spoke about the complete benefits of yoga. He said that everyone should adopt yoga in their daily lives to maintain a balanced physical and mental health. His companions Sri Narendra Patel and Sri Ashwin Patel demonstrated yoga asanas and breathing techniques.
