Dharwad, Jan. 23: Vasant Panchami was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Sattur. The program started with Sharada Puja. Gokulam grandparents were invited and it was special that grandparents came from far away for the program. Children performed Pada Puja to their grandparents. ITM-DRDO scientist and former director Sri Sridhar Katti and his wife Smt. Spapna Katti were the chief guests. Sri Sridhar Katti spoke about the importance of grandparents spending quality time with their grandchildren and guiding them with good values. School Correspondent Sri Gururaj Agadi emphasized the role of schools in nurturing values and traditions. Fun games were organized for grandparents.
ಧಾರವಾಡ, ಜ. 23: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಸತ್ತೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಸಂತಪಂಚಮಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಶಾರದಾ ಪೂಜೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಗೋಕುಲಂ ಅಜ್ಜ ಅಜ್ಜಿಯರನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆಂದು ಅಜ್ಜ ಅಜ್ಜಿಯರು ದೂರದಿಂದಲೂ ಬಂದಿದ್ದುದು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಜ್ಜಿಯರಿಗೆ ಪಾದಪೂಜೆಯನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದರು. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಐಟಿಎಂ–ಡಿಆರ್ಡಿಒ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಜಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀಧರ್ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪತ್ನಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸ್ಪಪ್ನಾ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರು ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು.ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀಧರ್ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರು ಅಜ್ಜ-ಅಜ್ಜಿಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮೊಮ್ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಕಳೆಯುವ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತಮ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡುವ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಶಾಲಾ ವರದಿಗಾರ ಶ್ರೀ ಗುರುರಾಜ್ ಅಗಡಿ ಅವರು ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಅಜ್ಜ-ಅಜ್ಜಿಯರಿಗಾಗಿ ಮೋಜಿನ ಆಟಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
