Dharwad, Dec. 19: Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Sattur organised Annual Sports Day.The chief guest for the event was Sri Abhishek Yeligar, an Indian badminton player who has represented India in many countries. He inspired the students by sharing his sports journey.A house-wise procession and sports torch relay were held. The oath-taking ceremony was conducted by Pradhanacharya Sri Ramakrishna. The students presented beautiful songs and dumbbell dance. The games were formally inaugurated followed by sports events and prize distribution.
ಧಾರವಾಡ, ಡಿ. 19: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಸತ್ತೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಕ್ರೀಡಾದಿನವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಭಾರತವನ್ನು ಅನೇಕ ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸಿರುವ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಬ್ಯಾಡ್ಮಿಂಟನ್ ಆಟಗಾರ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಭಿಷೇಕ್ ಯೆಲಿಗರ್ ಅವರು ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಪ್ರಯಾಣವನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿದರು. ಹೌಸ್-ವೈಸ್ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ರಿಲೇ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪ್ರಮಾಣವಚನ ಸಮಾರಂಭವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ ಅವರು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಹಾಡುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಡಂಬ್ಬೆಲ್ಸ್ ನೃತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಕ್ರೀಡಾಕೂಟವನ್ನು ಔಪಚಾರಿಕವಾಗಿ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆಯ ನಂತರ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಕೂಟಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಬಹುಮಾನ ವಿತರಣೆ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
