Dharwad, Aug 15: The 78th Independence Day was celebrated in a grand manner herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Sattur. Major Sri Siddalingaiah Hiremath graced the program and performed the flag hoisting ceremony.Correspondent of the school Sri Gururaj Agadi said, “This year we are celebrating the 25th anniversary of the victory of the Kargil war. If India is to become a prosperous nation by 2047, everyone should adopt the values of patriotism in their lives and serve the nation”. As part of the programme, students brilliantly staged plays based on the lives of historical figures Ahalyabai Holkar, Shivaji Maharaj, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, and Birsa Munda. Students performed songs paying tribute to Bharatambe and a motivational dance on the Kargil War.The enthusiastic Pathasanchalana and Ghoshavadana of the students caught everyone’s attention. Kumari Shivaleela Kuravatti, Principal of the school was present in the program.

ಧಾರವಾಡ, ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 15: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಸತ್ತೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ 78ನೇ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಭವ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಮೇಜರ್ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿದ್ದಲಿಂಗಯ್ಯ ಹಿರೇಮಠ ಅವರು ಆಗಮಿಸಿ ಧ್ವಜಾರೋಹಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದರು. ಶಾಲೆಯ ಕರೆಸ್ಪಾಂಡೆಂಟ್ ಶ್ರೀ ಗುರುರಾಜ್ ಅಗಡಿಯವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, “ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಕಾರ್ಗಿಲ್ ಯುದ್ಧದ ವಿಜಯದ 25ನೇ ವರ್ಷದ ಸಂಭ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ. 2047ರ ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ ಭಾರತ ಸಮೃದ್ಧ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವಾಗಬೇಕಾದರೆ, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಭಕ್ತಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಅಹಲ್ಯಾಬಾಯಿ ಹೋಳ್ಕರ್, ಶಿವಾಜಿ ಮಹಾರಾಜ, ಸರ್ದಾರ್ ವಲ್ಲಭಭಾಯಿ ಪಟೇಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿರ್ಸಾ ಮುಂಡಾ ಅವರ ಜೀವನದ ಆಧಾರಿತ ನಾಟಕಗಳನ್ನು ಅದ್ಭುತವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ಭಾರತಾಂಬೆಗೆ ಗೌರವ ಸೂಚಿಸುವ ಹಾಡುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಗಿಲ್ ಯುದ್ಧದ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರೇರಣಾದಾಯಕ ನೃತ್ಯವನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು.ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಉತ್ಸಾಹಭರಿತ ಪಥ ಸಂಚಲನ ಮತ್ತು ಘೋಷವದನವು ಸರ್ವರ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆಯಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರು ಕುಮಾರಿ ಶಿವಲೀಲಾ.
